We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After 30 days all sales are final. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping only if the item you are returning is a result of our error (defective product, incorrect order, etc.). 

You will receive a refund within four weeks of delivering the package to your mail carrier, however most refunds are issued much sooner. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days). 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return once received and 5 to 10 business days for your bank to process our refund request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for:

Downloadable Software Products

Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be processed & shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During sales events processing time can take up to 7 to 10 business days.

Your order will ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other carriers. After processing time in most cases, your order will be delivered within two (2) to seven (7) days. We are not responsible for delays in making delivery or failure to make delivery due to causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, wrong address entered at checkout, acts of regulations of any governmental authority, fire, work stoppages or slowdowns, accident, flood, war, national emergency, acts of God, public disorder, transportation shortages or delays, and shortages of fuel or materials.
